Returns

Customers may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must remain unopened and unused
• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food products and used items cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
